Service Agreement
Service Provider (“we”, “us” and “our”):
Nurse Growth Academy Pty Ltd (ACN 689 107 720)
Recipient (“you” and “your”)):
The person reading this Agreement and accepting the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement.
Agreement:
Refers to the terms and conditions outlined here.
Commencement Date:
Upon execution of this Agreement or another date agreed to in writing between the Parties
Cessation Date:
The Date on which the Services chosen by the Recipient has been fully performed by the Service Provider, unless terminated or agreed in writing by Service Provider.
Fees:
In accordance with the fees described in the Service Schedule
Payment Terms:
In lumpsum at the Commencement of the Services or by way of instalments between the Service Provider and the Recipient.
Services:
Refer to the services provided by the Service Provider described in the Service Schedule and selected by the Recipient.
